Should i stay or should i go... ?

A place offering me so much, but requires mi to work in a more stressful enviroment..
and a place offering a raise, slack enviroment.. flexible time..

hmm

I wan to stay.. i've already grown attached to the company.. packing up tat day almost teared..
Somemore the boss also teared.. i saw him cry i also cried.. I dun wanna leave..
