I was accompanying Aining to buy a cake for her colleague.. We walked from CPF building's Secret Recipe to the Coffee Bean to my building's Han's and crossed over to International Plaza(IP)'s Bengawan Solo to Sweet secrets.. ONLY to hear her boss say "Tiramisu" which means.. we have to go back to COFFEE BEAN..

But we were lucky.. cos IP have Coffee Bean.. don't have to walk all the way back to CPF BUILDING !!

Anyway.. the whole cake cost a freaking $52/- !! And Aining's boss only gave her $50. So.. technically, her boss owes me $2... hahaha.. WSG's boss owes me $2 !! wow !!

Oh and, we took a really long time cos.. Coffee Bean has the cake, the knife, the fork, the EVERYTHING, but they ran out of candles.. Which defeats the whole purpose of purchasing the WHOLE cake !! A birthday cake without a candle.. The staff was funny enough to suggest using a lighter to take the place of the candle.. (he does the action of blowing the lighter), which he eventually stopped when he saw me and Aining wasn't buying the idea.

The manager came out.. and found a solution.. which is... He had to RUN over to the CPF building outlet to get the candles for us..

Manager : How many candles do u need ?

*Aining looks at him blankly and said*

Aining : er... One..

*Manager faints*

So being the MANAGER.. he said.. "Sigh.. OK !! Wait for me.. "
and he Ran across the roads under the blazing hot sun and came back with 5 candles and gave it ALL to us..
Aining and I thought, he never keep some for the shop meh? What if another person comes in and request for candles again ??? hmm.. hahaa.. that's something he should think about..

hahaha.. NOW.. the LAUGH of my day.. and Aining's day.. -__- is my stupidity..

We heard a horn of a car and a small screech of the tyres near us, so we turned and looked.. It was a BMW changing lanes without signaling..

Aining : wah.. what happened?

Me : the BMW lah.. Change lane never signal I think..

Aining : PMW?

Me : No its BMW lar!! Go dig your nose!!! * Pause * I mean EAR!!

I was thinking, "shit.. shiit. shitt.. did she realize the mistake ??"

Aining paused for 2 seconds to register the whole scene, looks at me with wide-eyed and went...

Aining : hahahhahhaha !!!

I was of course laughing also la.. Laughing at myself and her reaction... Laughing how the whole thing sounded.. I even used the utmost intelligence kinda tone when I said "go dig your nose!! "
And I literally saw the whole thing register in her brain.. Like her eyes went from normal to super big and eventually, her bursting out in laughter..

And.. As expected.. She was so amused by this incident that she decided to put that as her MSN nick.. -__-

There... Conculsion : Hanging out with Aining has.. no doubt.. affected my logical construction of sentences..
